About the Job

As Supply Chain Engineering we ensure that our factories are equipped to produce and attend the market. As Engineering organization we provide the capabilities need to deliver our projects with excellence. We are supporting net zero/sustainability, innovation initiatives and future capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a dynamic, global environment while contributing to various projects and initiatives.

Your Tasks

• Gain experience and contribute towards the organizational transformation journey of Engineering Capabilities;
• Collaborate with Factory Investment and Digital Manufacturing teams (eg.: compounding, Filling & Packing, Logistics, etc.) to drive join development efforts;
• Develop the trainings across different departments/functions which is a incredible opportunity to learn;
• Develop the trainings for the Engineering processes in place and support in the process development;
• Drive and develop the Engineering Capabilities Hub webpage, updates and communication;
• Support in the training sessions across Local and Regions (Latam, EU, Rumeea);
• Support in organizing cross functional workshops, stakeholder presentations, data management and other project related tasks;
• Participate and support in cross-category projects/initiatives to enhance collaboration within Supply Chain;
• Support in defining the trainings and capability needs for the key roles under the full Engineering Organization.

Your Profile

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• You must be enrolled as a student throughout the duration of the working student role.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in German is plus. 
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive approach and able to navigate in the organization areas to deliver the projects.
• Previous experience or internship in Supply Chain Engineering (Process, Fill&Pack, logistics, Automation, Digital, etc.) is a plus.
