Sr. Payroll Specialist - German Speaking

What is the job about?
Responsible for selected German payroll and benefit processes outlined by service agreement. Driving continuous improvement, user centricity, KPI performance, efficiency and standardization within the HR organization, including projects, migration, transition of services. The role holder has demonstrated strong payroll administrative skills in German payroll and benefit administration.
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for global Benefit related projects. This involves driving projects which could run in various Grundfos locations and include all steps from project planning, execution, stake holder management, communication to change management activities
- Driving HR Service Center operational excellence. This includes developing and deploying center tools, processes and workflows as well as driving/supporting standardization, streamlining and implementation of processes within the centers and spokes and in the satellite countries
- Driving ServiceNow on behalf of HR Services which involves continuous development, deployment and stakeholder management. This is done partially via an informal team lead role for a global ServiceNow task force
- German Payroll and Benefit Processing as per established processes, processing newhires and leavers considering the timelines and regulations.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- 5+ years of experience within German Payroll
- Experience in the HR shared services environment
- Experience with HRP systems (e.g. Service Now, SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Fluent German knowledge
- Experience managing big projects
- Administrating German benefits
- Payroll benchmarking
- Good communicating skill
- Highly structured and organized attitude
- Ability to both to take the helicopter perspective and dive into the details
- Open and outgoing personality
- Ability to act at different organizational levels
- High level of change readiness and flexibility
