Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the DACH commercial team, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with our DACH direct sales team (with a strong focus on the Swiss market) and the European customer care center to build and execute an inside sales approach, grow key accounts, and drive measurable results.

About the Role:

• Develop and run telesales campaigns for new and existing accounts under the DACH Country Sales Manager's guidance.
• Support the full sales cycle, focusing on account follow-up and growth.
• Make outbound calls to targeted geographic accounts to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Share qualified leads with Field Sales Representatives.
• Track campaign performance in the CRM and generate reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• German is native language. Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience
