Acxiom is seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to join our high-impact Digital Partnership Team. In this role, you’ll build and manage strategic relationships with leading ad-tech partners to accelerate revenue growth and drive innovation. What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized ad-tech partners (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, SSPs), ensuring long-term success and alignment with Acxiom’s business goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, finance, and operations teams, to bring partnership initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Contribute to annual business planning and lead project management efforts to support operational excellence and partner engagement.
  • Perform partner contract reviews, ensure compliance with contractual terms and privacy regulations, and identify opportunities for optimization or expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior partner managers to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement plans, and joint value propositions.
  • Analyze partnership data and financial metrics to report on performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or client success—ideally within the ad-tech, martech, or data services industry
  • A solid understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, Advanced TV a plus, including how agencies and platforms leverage data for media activation and measurement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you can navigate complex conversations with partners and internal stakeholders alike
  • Excellent analytical skills; you’re comfortable working with contracts, forecasting models, and performance reports
  • Project management experience with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering value to partners
