At Kyndryl, we’re looking for a HR Services – Start professional who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding support. You’ll ensure every new joiner - regardless of country - is set up for success, connected to the right people, and confident in their first steps. What You’ll Do:

• Manage complex onboarding cases across multiple European countries, owning the new joiner experience from offer acceptance to Day 1 and beyond.
• Act as final escalation point for onboarding queries, delays, or high-touch cases involving senior hires or regulatory complexity.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Compliance, and global shared services to coordinate all preboarding and onboarding actions (equipment, access, contracts, systems).
• Lead onboarding process improvements - this could be creating FAQ articles, looking for opportunities to streamline workflows, or introducing automation where possible.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation, right-to-work checks, and country-specific onboarding actions.
• Track and report on SLA performance, onboarding satisfaction, and case volumes using ServiceNow and Excel dashboards.
• Deliver training and guidance to onboarding specialists, acting as a mentor and onboarding SME.
• Support global onboarding and transformation initiatives, including policy rollouts, onboarding system enhancements, or new country transitions.
