• Bar Manager Lead operations, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for hospitality excellence

• General Manager Oversee all daily operations of a high-end cigar retail store, bar, and kitchen, including staff development, inventory, budgeting, events, and customer experience, while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

• Assistant Manager Support the creation of a unique retail experience by assisting with daily store operations, bringing strong business acumen and a background in retail or luxury goods to embody our vision of exceptional customer service.

 

Ideal Candidates

• 2+ years in full-service restaurant or retail experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Passion for premium service and guest satisfaction

• Knowledge of cigars and spirits a plus (training provided)
