This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical scope with project teams and trade partners to ensure systems are installed, tracked, and delivered in line with schedule, safety, and quality expectations.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="1o3z5ie" data-start="562" data-end="668">Collaborate with project teams and electrical trade partners to develop and maintain project schedules</li> <li data-section-id="1mf25rm" data-start="669" data-end="763">Monitor electrical subcontractor progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved</li> <li data-section-id="c110jc" data-start="764" data-end="846">Identify schedule risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track</li> <li data-section-id="1cjyjn5" data-start="847" data-end="994">Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, switchgear, UPS, lighting, grounding, and controls)</li> <li data-section-id="9a7c3w" data-start="995" data-end="1145">Interpret electrical design packages, drawings, BIM models, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance with quality standards</li> <li data-section-id="cjf19g" data-start="1146" data-end="1220">Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors and field personnel</li> <li data-section-id="a31w3j" data-start="1221" data-end="1317">Manage manpower planning, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain alignment across trades</li> <li data-section-id="8mv9zw" data-start="1318" data-end="1380">Lead site meetings and electrical coordination discussions</li> <li data-section-id="1ivlmbk" data-start="1381" data-end="1505">Manag
