- Pay: $95,000 - $115,000
- Benefits: Employer subsidized Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with 3% match, Paid Holidays, PTO & Sick Time
- Location: ONSITE, 8505 SW Creekside Pl #110, Beaverton, OR 97008
- Schedule: M – F, 8 – 5
Who We Are: Northwest Compounders is a local, family-owned compounding pharmacy that provides high quality, custom-made, compounded medications for veterinarians, human medical providers and their patients all over the country. Other qualifications include:
- 8+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in both employee experience and traditional HR functions
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with organizational change and culture improvements
- Excellent communicator, able to build trust at all levels
- Proficient with HRIS and recruitment platforms
- Highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Ability to lead an HR department, successfully
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related subject preferred OR 4+ years’ experience in lieu of a degree, in HR required
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
What You’ll Do: The Senior HR & Employee Experience Manager serves as the main point of contact for all HR and employee experience matters, leading initiatives that drive engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, particularly during periods of growth and change.
A typical day will consist of:
- Shaping and nurturing a respectful and harmonious organizational culture
- Checking in with employees, leads, and managers to build trust and gather feedback
- Facilitating team meetings and monthly shift huddles to keep communication flowing
