At Cheer Home Care, we are dedicated to providing quality care to seniors in the comfort of their homes. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will not only assist with essential daily living activities but also offer companionship and support to enhance their overall well-being.

This role offers you the opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Preparing meals and accommodating special dietary needs
• Supporting clients with medication reminders and health monitoring
• Offering companionship through conversation and engaging activities
• Light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards others
• Comfortable with pets and able to interact with a large, friendly dog.
• Ability to drive the client to appointments (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of Negative TB results
