PROJECT TECHNICAL LEADWHO WE ARE:
STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.
STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PROJECT TECHNICAL LEAD to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in the following areas:· Managing software development projects from start to finish· Team management in local and dispersed environments· Software development utilizing multiple management disciplines, including an Agile framework· Organizing and managing data gathering and data capture events· Leading efforts utilizing Unity or other modern 3D game development engines · Maintaining software version control and code base management· DoD training systems/tools development
Experience in: o Computer architectureso Computer operating systems to include Unix, Linux and Windows o “Real time” data processingo Computer networkingo Artificial Intelligenceo Large Language Modelso Machine Learning· Knowledge of software emulation of Navy Combat Systems· Knowledge of Navy Combat Systems· Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and their architectures· Experience planning for and execution of the modification of existing software and subsystem software· Navy engineering and software development to include: o Design o Development o Test and Evaluationo Lifecycle support maintenanceo Configuration Management· DoD Contract Program Management
Qualifications:Education Requirements:· Master's level degree in one of the following areas:o Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineeringo Computer Science o Information Systems Managemento Systems Engineering
Professional Experience:10 years of cumulative professional experience in the fields indicated below. Professional experience can be limited to one or a combination of all of the following areas.o Software developmento Computer networkso Information and Database Managemento Systems Engineering with an emphasis on software development and integration
