Job Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of NGR and Spider functions including PLC readouts and appropriate processing settings
- Handles paperwork as assigned by Operator including processing conditions, production, and forklift checks during shift
- Communicates with material handler on maintaining a constant inventory of scrap staged at the repro line
- Shares in weekly PM's and routine maintenance
- Pays attention to repro pellet quality (i.e. – pellet geometry & minimal air content in pellet) and informs Operator of any deviation of quality including off color and or lines.
- Ability to comprehend and carryout instructions or tasks specified by Operator and management.
- Aware of emergency shut-offs and lock-out tag-out procedures.
