<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p>
<p>Northstrat, a GRVTY company is seeking an experienced and driven Systems Engineer to join our dynamic integration team. The Systems Engineer will support the agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the National Customer in the Mission Management domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) of mission software applications and the ability to analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design end-to-end mission test threads. This role demands a self-starter who can take loosely defined tasks and deliver high-quality solutions in both independent and collaborative settings.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze requirements or solution epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads</li>
<li>Conduct engineering investigations to determine root cause analysis for problems</li>
<li>Identify and track dependencies and risks</li>
<li>Become an expert in system interfaces and identify key integration points</li>
<li>Ensure consistency amongst multiple applications</li>
<li>Develop technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts to track and support successful integration of multiple systems</li>
<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, iteration review, and retrospective to contribute to team goals and objectives</li>
<li>Collaborate with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies. Operate in a culture of team before self and collaboratively share information</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for improvement and new or updated processes to enhance the efficacy of the team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) and ability to obtain CI Polygraph</li>
<li>Education: BS or higher degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field</li>
<li>Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Expertise in the Mission Management domain</li>
<li>Experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration and end-to-end multi-segment testing</li>
<li>Understanding of federal government operational environments</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies. The candidate must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and tolerance to change</li>
<li>Be highly self-directed and willing to learn</li>
