Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit

Charlotte, NC, United States 

 

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position may be eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. 

 

Where You Will Work: 

Our progressive care unit is a 19-bed, high acuity progressive department that is comprised of patients from all of CMC’s ICUs, the ED, and occasional rapid responses.

 

We’re Looking For: 

·        Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing 

·        Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates. 

·        Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices 

·        Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  

·        ACLS Required within 6 months of hire

·        1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred

·        As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.  

·        Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
