The Position:

The Accounting Associate is responsible for all activities related to recording and analyzing financial transactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter with time management skills to handle multiple deadlines. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the year-end audit
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions for processes
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Assisting with Accruals and Account Review
• T&E entries and analysis

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30p with Overtime as needed
• Eastern time preferred 

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's in Accounting. Master's is a plus
• 1 year of Staff Accounting experience preferred
• Must have large ERP AP system experience
• NetSuite and Concur experience a plus
• Experience with Accruals, Accounts Review and T&E Entry and Analysis preferred
