Role |

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of finance and accounting. Your main task will be the control of travel policies and the management of the company's travel-related expenses. This will play a key role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and optimisation of the organisation's financial resources.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and hardworking team supporting a variety of tasks. .

Responsibilities |

• Support the Accounts Payable team with a variety of tasks
• Travel policy control and expenses management
• Invoice processing
• Accounts reconciliation
• Provide general administrative support and assistance on ad-hoc tasks (not only on AP but to the finance team)

About you |

• Your are currently studying in Spain and able to enroll on a full-time internship program
• Desire to learn and gain experience in accounts payable and corporate finance
• You have a high attention to detail
• English & Spanish proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to record and process large amounts of data
• Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
• Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
