Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Pharmacy Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy

environment that supports patient safety, regulatory compliance, and positive customer experience.

This role ensures all pharmacy areas, both interior and exterior, are well-maintained and presentable.

The Aide performs routine cleaning, product organization, and general upkeep

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Licensure/Certification:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge/Experience:

· Previous retail, housekeeping, or environmental services experience preferred.

Skills:

· Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety practices.

· Ability to maintain cleanliness and visual standards in a retail setting.

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
