About the role:

The Delivery Manager will support and oversee the management of Axiom’s most complex team solutions.  This individual will support delivery of our largest team solutions, engaging senior legal professionals at F500 companies and managing the deployment of teams of Axiom lawyers, overseeing the organization, work product and governance of these teams. This resource will also own delivery of our team solutions product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support SD&D Senior Managers in delivering Axiom’s largest and most complex solutions:
  • Own relationships with Axiom team attorneys, speaking with them on a regular basis and providing relevant feedback to Axiom team lead and SD&D Senior Manager
  • Onboard lawyer team leads to new solutions; communicate role expectations
  • Along with SD&D SM, own Axiom team lead relationship
  • Schedule standing check ins with Axiom team lead, Axiom team, and client stakeholders
  • Manage internal list of action items for each team supported and run internal weekly meetings to keep stakeholders on track
  • Ensure reporting is accurate and ready to present on the agreed-upon cadence, working closely with the Axiom team to ensure accuracy
  • Manage budgets in partnership with the sales lead
  • Work closely with TS to manage through any attorney performance issues
  • Partner with BizOps, IT, and other internal functions to manage onboarding and offboarding of Axiom attorneys
• For less complex teams of 5 or fewer resources, manage the client relationship for Axiom team deployments from the point of launch.  Activities include:
  • Work with client stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of the team
  • Serve as relationship manager and escalation point for delivery of team product
  • Oversee performance management and reporting
  • Lead relationship governance meetings with client stakeholders
• Expand Axiom relationships within existing teams to drive additional revenue
• Drive uniformity in approach to delivery across Axiom’s largest client relationships
  • Develop and iterate on templates and standard processes for launch and delivery

About you:

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including but not limited to account management, project management or customer success, preferably in legal, professional services, or B2B software as a service
• Experience working for or within corporate legal departments preferred
• Passion for client service and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, highly matrixed work environment.
• Superb judgment, maturity, and thoughtfulness
• Expert high-impact communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint)

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates.  The annual base salary range for this role is $86,500 - 95,000 base and you will be eligible to participate in our cash bonus plan which on target would be 20% of your base salary for an Manager role in Product.
