The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
stacking racks of finished products onto wheels and transferring the product to the blast tunnel.

The Stacker removes racks of finished product from the stack off belt; stacks the racks on wheels Places a label on the racks to identify the product Maintains a supply of racks, rack dividers, and wheels as required. This position will rotate with the Rack Pusher. Must be able to work in damp/cool conditions. All other duties as assigned by management and group leaders.

Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from their workstations. Must be able to use a gripping motion to pick up finished Racks. Stackers must be able to lift and stack racks of product up to height of 6 feet. Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more repetitively and stack them according to specifications. Must be able to stand the duration of shift approximately an average of 8 hours. Bending, twisting and turning body from side to side to see and keep up with product. Must have good hand/eye coordination.

TYPES OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO OPERATE FOR THE POSITION
           

Gloves and waterproof boots. Must wear PPE ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair bonnet and beard guard.
