Lead Plumbing Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Understand and work with various plumbing materials, including Pex A, Pex B, and copper piping.
• Install and service drain, waste, and venting systems, water heaters, pumps, and water treatment systems.
• Safely solder copper piping, brass fittings, valves, and adapters.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, ensuring high-quality installations.
• Measure, cut, and thread pipes using hand and power tools.
• Keep company vehicles stocked, organized, and clean for every job.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Use and maintain all tools and equipment safely, adhering to company policies.
• Travel locally to job sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Leadership abilities and ability to work with a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 4 years of plumbing experience and 1 year of lead experience
• OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health Certification (Nevada only)
• Plumbing Journeyman/Master Plumber License (Texas only)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proven record of excellent attendance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Progressive and committed work history
• Positive attitude and teamwork experience

Preferred Skills:

• Journeyman/Master Plumber License.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Optional to have a Manometer license, strongly recommended.
