The Role:

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in both the emergency department and sub-acute in-patient ward and aged care to provide high quality patient care to a variety of patients with varying medical requirements in line with NHSQS and Aged Care standards.

It would be preferable that the successful applicant has:

• Ability to work independently as part of the multi-disciplinary team
• Previous emergency experience including triage and cannulation competency 
• Willingness to learn new skills, take on challenges and help foster a positive work culture.

Campbell Town Multi-Purpose Service:

Multipurpose facility with 24 hour emergency care, 6 sub-acute beds, 20 residential beds, Community Nursing, palliative care, same day infusion clinic.

Details of appointment:

Fixed term, part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 68 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team until 4 February 2026.

Salary: $78,179 to $105,995 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.

Access to the Grade 4 salary range $99,455- $105,995 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: 

• Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type
