Senior System Engineer

We are looking for Senior System Engineer who will join the Project Delivery Europe Team and will work for Euronet Worldwide EFT division. The successful candidate with be based in Warsaw and will be responsible for providing best solutions for our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Payments related projects across Europe and Worldwide.

Our Team’s goal is to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. As well as being a strategic partner for our Senior Leaders and developing strong relations with our stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

·       Support Business Analyst to define business needs, processes and system requirements

·       Translate functional specification into solution through integrations and setup

·       Provide work estimates and technical plan for configuration and QA work

·       Configure the system to meet requirements

·       Document all configuration work and support Change Management process

·       Investigate for best solutions based on requirements and gap analysis

·       Liaise with Development for any enhancement requests or bug fixing

·       Perform handover and conduct training to end users

Requirements

·       Experience in system configuration as well as good QA background

·       Experience in Financial/Fintech/Banking/EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) industry will be an advantage

·       Hands on experience in any database (SQL, MSSQL, RDBMS or Non-Relation Databases)

·       Good knowledge of Linux and XML

·       Excellent computer skills and easy adoption of new software and technologies

·       Fluent English, written and spoken, as well as in Polish

·       Analytical and time management skills

·       Ability and willingness to work in nationally and geographically diversified teams

·       Complex thinking in IT and business-related processes

An additional advantage would be:

·       Software development, testing or software configuration experience

·       Any scripting programming language coding experience
