Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a proven CRAFTSPERSON for a full-time position, performing general maintenance and buildouts at all our Waukesha & Racine County locations!
We will help you stay organized with a robust work order system that mixes in routine predictable tasks with enough variety to keep your work interesting.  
A service-oriented personality is a must and will offer opportunities to interact with our talents while providing ample time for independent work.

This is a full-time, multi-site role with real opportunity for growth — including a build-out bonus on top of your base compensation. This position starts at $27- $30/hour based on experience. We are also offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000. 

What We’re Looking For

You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and sweats the details. You bring:

• Previous experience in building maintenance or a related trade field
• Hands-on familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• The ability to handle a physical workload day in and day out
• A deadline-driven, detail-oriented mindset
• A clean driving record
