CRM Manager - Commercial Enablement (f/m/d)

For our Business Unit Professional Hygiene we are looking for a CRM Manager -Commercial Enablement (f/m/d) to support our team as soon as possible, ideally for our office in Mannheim, but Munich is also possible.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Pricing Manager within the Pricing & Commercial Excellence organisation, your primary responsibilities will include the day-to-day management and support of our main CRM and business systems. You will serve as the first point of contact for the Sales and Marketing teams, providing support, training, and management for CRM and other systems such as CPQ, commercial PBI, and TorkConnect.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with developers and international colleagues to ensure regional demands are met and to implement necessary changes and requirements. Your main stakeholders will be the sales teams and management within Region Central.

Your Role

• Support Marketing/Sales in Region Central by ensuring effective use of CRM and business systems. Take responsibility for system functionality, address issues, and provide support for operational tasks and inquiries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency

• Work closely with IT/System specialists to ensure regional demands are captured

• Drive activation and compliance of global way of working with Business Systems ensuring consistency in all countries

• Drive change management, lead local implementations, drive continuous improvement within regional management / sales-teams

• Monitor and report on regional performance metrics (existing PBI reporting) to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• High commercial awareness, high level of commercial experience
