This position requires the ability to identify roofing deficiencies, determine appropriate repair methods, safely perform assigned work, and communicate job conditions and completed work to the Service Manager, customers, and other members of the project team.</p> <p>The Service Technician may work independently or as part of a service crew and is expected to perform assigned work in accordance with company standards, project specifications, manufacturer requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and David M. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions in accordance with applicable law.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Roof Inspection &amp; Troubleshooting</strong> – Inspect commercial roofing systems to identify leaks, damage, deterioration, and potential areas of failure.</li> <li><strong>Roof Repairs</strong> – Perform repairs to various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and roof coatings.</li> <li><strong>Leak Detection &amp; Repair</strong> – Locate the source of roof leaks and determine the appropriate repair method.</li> <li><strong>Preventive Maintenance</strong> – Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to extend the service life of roofing systems.</li> <li><strong>Roofing Material Installation</strong> – Install and repair membranes, flashings, sealants, insulation, metal components, drains, and other roofing accessories.</li> <li><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Problem Solving</strong> – Evaluate unusual or recurring roofing problems and recommend appropriate corr
