The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Innovation team you will lead design strategy and execution across a range of complex product environments. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving assigned client engagement workstreams. This role requires a powerful focus on inspiring and coaching others, maintaining quality and alignment, and thriving in ambiguous situations to facilitate collaboration and clarity.

Responsibilities

- Manage client service accounts and align with expectations

- Drive quality assurance and maintain elevated standards in deliverables

- Facilitate cross-disciplinary alignment to enhance user experience

- Utilize a systems perspective to integrate multiple initiatives

- Encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5 years of managing UX designers and guiding multi-stream design execution

What Sets You Apart

- Proven leadership in UX across complex product environments

- Experience in managing and coaching design teams

- Demonstrating ability to translate business needs into user strategies

- Designing and leading collaborative workshops with stakeholders

- Skilled in Figma and Miro for design collaboration

- Balancing user-centered design with agile delivery demands

- Excelling in clear communication with diverse audiences

- Experience designing for AI-enabled tools is a plus
