Subject Matter Expert (BPO)

We are seeking Subject Matter experts to play a crucial role by working alongside teams or stakeholders to provide advice, make well-informed decisions, and uphold excellence of work within their specific field of knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in different tasks like conducting training sessions, offering guidance, creating content, and participating in decision-making procedures.
• Accurately deal with agent's concerns
• Checking the agent’s output before endorsing to the Team Leader
• Has in-depth knowledge of the different services being offered by the company
• Provides feedback to the team during the creation, testing, and rollout of deliverables
• Updates training materials of the team
• Pay rate: 18USD/hourly

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in an SME role or equivalent in a BPO setting is a plus
• Excellent command of the English language
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• With the ability to lead and train
• Able to support a Work from Home setup
• Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
• Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
