Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between Park 6 Logistic and our valued clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

• Manage day-to-day client communications and inquiries

• Coordinate with internal operations, dispatch, and logistics teams

• Monitor account performance and ensure service standards are met

• Identify client needs and support customized logistics solutions

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account updates

• Assist in resolving service issues in a timely and professional manner
