As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, understanding, analyzing and creating business requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, managing and tracking projects, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping up with the latest trends and technologies. This position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the business and the technical personnel within a project team, helping the company to achieve its goals. The candidate must have a deep understanding of data and product development technologies. The candidate must be able to work effectively with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements, while also considering the unique challenges and opportunities of the IT B2B industry.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with businesses and developers from the design stage to implementation, quality control to project closure
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations
• Translating business ideas into clearly structured requirements
• Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements
• Interacting with the development team during project implementation
• Developing and maintaining business requirements documents, system design documents, version control and other technical documentation.
• Analyzing data and providing results using Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI / SQL (nice to have); 
• Conduct in-depth analysis for business-optimization projects
• Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, as well as in the field of business analysis.
• Design and develop solutions using appropriate BI/Reporting tools in support of stakeholder requirements
• Diagnose, continually improve, and maintain the current ecosystem and optimize and enhance existing reports & dashboards.
• Participate from time to time in the supplier selection process, evaluating the usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.

Skills: 

• Ability to effectively guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in both written and oral forms
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel to identify problems and propose solutions
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Effective problem-solver, with great analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence / enhance them
• Ability to accurately assess project/business analysis risks
• Knowledge and ability to use UML and BPMN modeling
• Ability to work in Figma and build prototypes
• Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• English Level: B2+
• Certification in business analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is desirable
