Responsibilities
This position is a part of a centralized HQ Value Chain Network Optimization Team responsible for executing daily systematic transportation planning and providing field and customer support through JDA’s Transportation Management System.
- Responsibilities also include optimization solution quality improvement by collaborating with peers, technical teams, and effective communication with downstream partners including major customers. Additionally, this position will play a key role in current and future network productivity initiatives and integrations. Drive solution quality through systematic settings, process improvement and cross functional support.
- Support the field teams daily through systematic training, troubleshooting, and planning issue resolution.
- Ensure daily transportation plans created can be successfully executed by field sites providing the service and productivity levels required to keep the business moving.
- Work with technical teams to improve systematic capabilities.
- Support all downstream and upstream partners during emergency downtime.
- Manage the flow of priority shipments through system in a timely manner to ensure service expectations are met.
- Manage a SPA Box with e-mails from all over the country.
- Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support business fluctuations as needed.
- Produce and continually refine various performance reports to drive results in service and productivity.
- Support the development of business processes which align the field with PepsiCo network solutions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of transportation industry
- Demonstrated ability in utilizing systems, learning new functionality, and refining technology
- Demonstrated advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans for proactive issue resolution
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact, both through written and verbal communication with a wide variety of audiences in a professional tone
- Must have a team/collaborative based approach to decision making
- Must have a willing attitude to assist in areas outside of daily scope as needed
- Must be organized and able to multitask through many channels of communication
- Ability to adapt to business and structure changes
- Ability to work an extended schedule with potential on-call responsibility
