As a Software Developer II, you will design, develop, test and debug enterprise software features. You will document solutions and processes as well as gather requirements from partners. The ability to prioritize projects and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization are keys to success!
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Designs, develops, and improves software modules and functionality, including quality assurance testing and debugging
- Collaborates with multi-functional teams to capture requirements and implement solutions
- Provides mentorship and support to junior developers, including skill development
- Contributes to and documents software solutions and processes for future reference
- Provides technical support, including troubleshooting complex issues, supporting product teams, and assisting with seamless application operation
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma/GED, vocational/technical/ business school, and a minimum of five (5) years of software development experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, computer science or related field
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational/communication skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, Angular, React.js, Java, , and Oracle SQL
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and standard processes
- Experience with version control systems and development tools
- Proven track record of delivering software solutions
- Preferred: Experience with AI and agentic programming
