JOB SUMMARY:
This is an Administrative Assistant I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Audit Process, located in the Jacksonville Service Center. The incumbent is responsible for performing administrative functions, such as; compiling reports, proofing other's work, acting as the primary purchasing cardholder, making travel arrangements, and assisting with preparing and updating audit systems.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of administrative, secretarial, or clerical experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
PREFERENCES:
- Experience with organization and customer service.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This position is not remote and works in the office full-time. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- All candidates who meet the screening criteria/minimum job requirements will be required to take a Skills Verification Test. Candidates must receive a score of at least 70% to be considered.
SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $2,959.10 monthly/$35,509.20 annually.
