Valnet is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to be an integral part of the recruitment process.

Reporting to the Lead, Human Capital, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our New York office. The role emphasizes building our investments team with a focus on mergers and acquisitions along with hiring for our portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Source and interview candidates.
• Support hiring managers and fulfill talent requests.
• Proactively build talent and nurture pipelines for the investments, portfolio, and corporate teams.
• Publish roles on various job boards.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team.
• Take part in organizing events with the Culture team.
• Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years as a talent acquisition advisor hiring for high-value roles.
• Bachelors in business administration or related field.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Extremely detail and results oriented.
• Professional designation is considered an asset.
