About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will enhance quality of life by delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services across a continuum of care. You will practice in alignment with federal, state, and facility guidelines while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help individuals achieve their highest level of independence.

What You'll Do
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tests and measures
• Establish timely, individualized plans of care that meet regulatory standards
• Deliver efficient, goal-oriented treatments and progress patients appropriately
• Accurately document services and charges per facility guidelines
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with physicians as needed
• Supervise and delegate care to therapy techs and support staff in compliance with regulations
What You’ll Need
• New grads welcome!
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, hospital, home care, or similar settings preferred
• Active Nebraska OT license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
