We are currently seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Sr. Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Required Qualifications:  

• Primary areas of focus and knowledge in one or more of the following: 

      Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Expertise (Direct & Indirect) 

• Strategic cost management  
• S2P Business Process Improvement  
• Source-to-Make, Procure-to-Pay 
• Proactive Supplier Management/Score carding/Program Implementation 
• Multifaceted Industry Experience - i.e. Manufacturing, CI, Life Science/Public Sector 

• 10+ years of management consulting experience (strategy, business, and operations focused, with enabling technology)  

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations Research, or related area  

• Ability to travel up to 50% in accordance with evolving guidelines, restrictions, and/or policies.   

• Must reside is the U.S. 

 

Preferred Skills:  

• Master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 

• Sourcing & Procurement management consulting experience with Big 4 or Tier-2 consulting provider. 

• Experience in advancing company brand through approved social media and/or published content.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $130,000.00-270,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.   

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
