QualificationsPrimary duties will consist of but not limited to:

· Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location

· Controls Service traffic flow and parking

· Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records the customers name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage

· Bag and tag all vehicles (places bag of drivers seat, places mat on the floor and tags vehicle with a number)

· Helps customers fill out rental forms, makes a copy of license and insurance to include with the paperwork and prepares rentals for customers

· Handles returning rentals by checking vehicle for items that may have been left, check for damage, gas and mileage

· Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves and snow

· Pulls completed vehicles into the service drive once the advisor has made contact

· Check the lot in the evening and pull all emergency vehicles into the shop (squad cards, ambulance, fire etc.)


Education and/or Experience:

· No experience necessary

· On the job training provided


Qualifications and Requirements:

· Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards

· Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

· Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary

· Ability to work evenings until 7pm and Saturdays
