We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team. The team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.



Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building out the address suggestion, address validation, and the address management flow for TikTok Shop orders.

- Responsible for addressing basic capacity building, including Geocoding, address library, and optimization planning.

- Set and monitor the product metrics that impact performance that are related to buyer manage address and parcel delivery.

- Work cross-functionally with logistic and supply chain teams, cross-function teams and technology teams, align the needs and priorities of features requested from teams to ensure proper vision and deliverability of the team given the resources available.
