About the Team:
The Dow Jones B2B Industries Marketing team is looking to hire a collaborative and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager to support two of our B2B businesses - Dow Jones Newswires and Dow Jones Factiva.
As part of the Industries vertical, this B2B Industries Marketing team is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with the product and sales teams of two core businesses: Dow Jones Newswires and Dow Jones Factiva. This team runs a client centric strategy focused on developing and activating campaigns that drive awareness and growth, build our reputation and deepen relationships in select industries and accounts.
About the Role:
As Associate Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve B2B business objectives. Working closely with key stakeholders on the product, proposition, and sales teams, you'll assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, such as digital and print ads, paid and organic social media, account-based marketing, webinars, and collateral production. You'll also play a key role in coordinating co-marketing initiatives with key partners and channel partners.
Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Industries Marketing, you’ll work on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office at least 3 days each week.
You Will:
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Product, and the Business team to support the development of campaigns that align product, target audiences and buying groups, driving awareness, engagement, pipeline and revenue generation.
Actively research and immerse yourself in target industries, audience personas, and competitive landscapes; synthesize findings into summaries and briefs that inform campaign messaging and value propositions, ensuring outputs are tied to measurable ROI targets
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and production of supporting collateral, including drafting briefs, coordinating creative development, consolidating feedback, and managing rollout across all campaign assets; ensure all materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and aligned with both campaign objectives and sales enablement needs.
Support campaign measurement by gathering and organizing performance data across channels; assist in preparing regular reports that summarize results against KPIs and ROI targets, helping the team identify what's working and where to adjust.
Support product roll-outs, enhancements and new product launches with associated marketing promotion for the B2B products, ensuring materials are regularly refreshed.
Manage webinars in support of B2B products including creation of assets, promotion schedules, and reporting.
Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including onboarding support, joint campaign planning, asset development, and tracking performance against shared goals.
You Have:
Minimum 5 years of B2B Marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders at all levels across the business and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed company model
Extensive written and verbal communication skills, and strong collaboration and influencing skills
Willingness to work in our Midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week
