Registered Nurse

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical guidance in response to escalated patient queries
  
• Review AI-supported interactions and assist in interpreting health-related topics
  
• Offer non-diagnostic advice related to symptoms, medication understanding, or post-visit care
  
• Identify red flags and escalate urgent issues through appropriate channels
  
• Support care navigation with clinical judgment and HIPAA-compliant communication
  
• Document patient interactions and decisions clearly
  

• A Registered Nurse
  
• An NCLEX Passer; someone with an active USRN license in good standing is highly preferred
  
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in care coordination, education, or triage
  
• Strong communication skills in native-level English (written and verbal)
  
• Experience with HIPAA documentation and working in remote clinical environments
  
• Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant home workspace
  
• Comfort working independently with asynchronous U.S.-based teams
  

• Experience in telehealth, nurse triage, or patient education
  
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools or virtual care environments
