The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Tukwila, Washington. As the Parts Sales Representative you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing technical and sales support to customers and the Service Department. You will also be responsible for parts inventory and warehousing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Parts Sales Representative your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain regional/location revenue and margin targets
• Provide price and availability of parts to customers, offering multiple solutions
• Follow up on outstanding quotes, closing all possible orders
• Manage key parts customers as assigned
• Communicate effectively with Parts support teams, including Inventory and Administration
• Manage the ordering and delivery of parts, upholding customer commitments
• Follow up on communications with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and request parts that should be added to location inventory
• Ensure all warehousing standards and practices are maintained, and uphold corporate Parts & Service agreement

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous sales or related industry experience considered a strong asset
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Superior skills in organization and time planning, interpersonal skills with the proven
• Ability to communicate with customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
• Adept at multitasking and coping with conflicting priorities without losing focus
• Confident self-starter and team player

The base pay range for this role is: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Tukwila, Washington.
