We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
