Job Description

• Implementing requirements following existing coding guidelines
• Understanding the underlying business processes
• Together with the team, you are responsible for the potential deliverable product increment with the agreed quality characteristics
• Designing and optimizing scalable IT solutions for an international market
• Assessing the functionality of our systems in order to provide feedback on possible implications
• Supporting our Requirements Engineer and the Product Owner by providing effort estimates
• Coordinate code architecture and interfaces within your own and with other teams
• Creating documentation of your work according to our standards

Qualifications

• You are proficient in Java EE and/or Kotlin
• You are familiar with Spring, Maven and /or Gradle
• You have worked with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Several years of professional experience
• You are interested in best practices, frameworks & technical market development
• Creating technical documentation happens automatically for you
• You are experienced with DI/IOC and advocate the purpose of Unit Tests
• Experience in an agile work environment
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• Solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
• A relevant education and/or experience in e-Commerce is an advantage
