Overview
The Store Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining the workflow of day-to-day repair and maintenance requests, coordination and preparation of work order reports, recordkeeping, forms control and analyzing data. This position will work closely with the Store Facilities team. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily repair and maintenance (R&M) requests from retail stores
- Works with other members of the Store Facilities team to schedule and complete daily repair and maintenance requests
- Coordinates and communicates with Home Office departments to schedule projects and allocate the appropriate resources
- Coordinates resource scheduling with service providers and store management team
- Provides communication and updates to store team and appropriate home office team members throughout the project
- Processes and updates all aspects of facility projects to ensure efficient execution
- Creates and reviews work order reports and works closely with Store Facilities team to track progress and results
- Maintains necessary department recordkeeping by performing data entry and scan of documents
- Maintains electronic and hard copy filing of department forms and invoices
- Assists in general administrative tasks for the Store Facilities team
- Attends department and facilities meetings as well as the weekly repairs and maintenance review
- Available for on-call, one week, weeknights and weekend coverage of store needs related to emergency R&Ms (approximately once a month)
- Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
- Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
- Performs other requested tasks and duties
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of previous experience coordinating construction and facilities projects preferably in a retail environment
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
- Familiarity with construction trades and processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and knowledge of Service Channel Work Order Management System
- A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
- Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
- Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
- Possesses focused attention to detail and solid organizational and prioritization skills while working quickly and accurately under pressure
- Professional manner and strong communication skills internally and with outside vendor partners
- Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information
