The Opportunity

The Senior Process Engineer will lead the engineering team for the Fulfillment Center and work with operations to improve customer service and satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and cost savings. The Sr. Process Engineer will also manage capital projects to support facility and process improvements. You will report to the Senior Manager, Process Engineer, and Operational Excellence. You will work hybrid and travel up to 50% of the time.

Your Impact

• Responsible for all engineering deliverables with the Fulfillment Center.

• Conduct direct labor studies using acceptable engineering practices to determine areas for improvement.

• Process design and implementation plans that result in improved service, cost savings, or improved quality of services.

• Concept design, approval, justification, project management, and implementation of capital and facility expansion projects.

• Provide support for an engineered labor standards program.

• Maintain facility AutoCAD layouts.

• Partner with Operations to develop preferred methods/Standard Operating Procedures for the warehouse.

What You Bring

• 5+ or more years of industrial engineering experience in warehousing or distribution

• A BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related discipline

• Maynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) Certified

• Project Management Experience

• Lean or Six Sigma training
