You.Platinum Technologies currently has an opportunity for Community Manager to support our federal customer. This role is REMOTE.
Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
What you get to do.•Schedule monthly meetings, collaborate with team to identify topics, and draft agenda. •Facilitate meetings, demonstrate recent changes to CMS, present on web best practices, introduce other presenters, and answer questions. •Record attendance and send meeting materials to all web contributors. •In collaboration with the Lead, Web Management, develops and implements strategies for increasing participation and engagement across the CoP •Update existing training materials for the following topics: Beginner Drupal/CMS, Web Accessibility, PDF Accessibility, and Writing for the Web. •Update existing and create new Drupal demo videos using Camtasia and eLearnings using Adobe Captivate. •Identify potential new training topics for web community and conduct training needs analysis. •Deliver live training via Microsoft Teams (note: occasionally we may need to offer trainings outside of normal working hours to accommodate web contributors in other time zones). •Manage training records including courses, sessions, attendance, and feedback. •Respond to requests for help via ServiceNow, emails, and Teams messages. •Troubleshoot general Drupal issues and direct users to appropriate business unit contacts if needed. •Manage user access – including adding new users, blocking inactive users, and re-activating accounts if appropriate. •Assist in writing an ADO ticket and acceptance criteria for bugs discovered. -•Assist Lead Web Management in writing business requirements for new CMS features. •Work with Drupal developers to test new features and bug fixes. •Write testing scenarios for business unit testers. •Complete smoke testing before and after deployments to ensure main pages and features are working on website. •Support Lead Web Management in making occasional web content updates and edits •Support Office of Public Affairs (and other ExAd offices) in making occasional web content updates and edits
Required Skills.•Bachelor's degree in related field required•Minimum seven (7) years of related professional experience required•Minimum two (2) years’ experience managing a department of professional level employees•Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust•Experience working with Federal Agencies
