Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED1. High School Degree or Equivalent2. Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field; OR3. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in business,nursing or health care related field.4. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate diversified and multiple activities, and makeappropriate clinical and managerial decisions.5. Possess advanced problem solving and team building skills.6. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field2. Physician practice or other ambulatory care setting management experience.3. Computer knowledge experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Implementation and maintenance of anelectronic medical record.
