As an Environment Modeling Senior Artist, you will be involved in many aspects of the film’s visual development, working in coordination with Production Designer and Art department to deliver a visually impressive look.

Responsibilities

• Models using photography and pre-existing models. 
• Models from concepts following the look of the show. 
• Creates, adapta, and iteratea, within a variety of artistic styles. 
• Models trees, bushes and other vegetation with the look of the movie. 
• Researchs and works independently in the absence of concept art 
• Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment. 
• Works together with the team providing them with support, guidance and instruction in areas that contribute towards their artistic and professional growth. 
• Follows the Supervisor’s and Lead's guidance. 

Requirements

• 5+years in VFX or animation industries. 
• 3+ years in the animation industry. 
• Strong artistic or/and technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must. 
• Extensive experience with Maya. 
• Experience with Zbrush, Arnold Render. 
• Knowledge ofSpeedTree and Marvelous Designer are pluses. 
• Knowledge of skinning, rigging, technical constraints and optimization. 
• High English level. 
• Spanish desired.
