Position Details:

You will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure while supporting ongoing development and deployment processes 

Your technical proficiency will help maintain a reliable and efficient cloud environment   

 

Pay:

This position is salaried and will pay between $86700.00 - $133110.00 with a target bonus of 5%

The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.

 

You Will:

• Answer support requests and tickets and provide product support 
• Work with application users (internal developers and researchers) to troubleshoot and resolve application or system issues 
• Inform Management about any escalations or difficult situations that require your involvement 
• Make sure assigned Cloud customers have the best customer experience when engaging Technical Support 
• Triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets tied to the product support function 
• Identify ways to optimize the product support function 
• Coordinate with product owner support to establish and manage clear escalation guidelines for supported system components 

 

You Have:

• BS in computer science or equivalent work experience. Experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or DevOps Engineer, with a focus on AWS cloud services 
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, and more 
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, terraform) for automation and infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tasks 
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
