Position Details:
You will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure while supporting ongoing development and deployment processes
Your technical proficiency will help maintain a reliable and efficient cloud environment
Pay:
This position is salaried and will pay between $86700.00 - $133110.00 with a target bonus of 5%
The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.
You Will:
- Answer support requests and tickets and provide product support
- Work with application users (internal developers and researchers) to troubleshoot and resolve application or system issues
- Inform Management about any escalations or difficult situations that require your involvement
- Make sure assigned Cloud customers have the best customer experience when engaging Technical Support
- Triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets tied to the product support function
- Identify ways to optimize the product support function
- Coordinate with product owner support to establish and manage clear escalation guidelines for supported system components
You Have:
- BS in computer science or equivalent work experience. Experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or DevOps Engineer, with a focus on AWS cloud services
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, and more
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, terraform) for automation and infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tasks
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
