We are currently searching for a talented Senior Civil Engineer - Project Manager and/or Designer to join and grow with our Civil team in Munster, Indiana! This position has the ability to be fully remote in Indiana but will need to report to projects sites or client meetings as needed.

This Opportunity:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in civil engineering with a focus on a variety of municipal projects
• Registered as a Professional Engineer
• Ability to report to construction sites or client meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Indiana
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, MicroStation and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• A minimum of Nine (9) years of experience would be preferred for this role
• Previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for multiple city infrastructure projects
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work
• Previous project management, design and construction administration experience of Civil/Municipal projects including site improvements, streets, drainage and utilities
• Experience in preparing project plans, specifications and bidding documents
• Experience with projects administered through the INDOT LPA program.
• Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management
• Previous experience leading a staff of engineering professionals
• Ability to coach and mentor junior level technical staff and Graduate Engineers
