What You’ll Do:

• Full Development Life Cycle: Manage and participate in all phases using Agile methodologies.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a tech expert and mentor, leading development projects and tech teams.
• Hands-On Development: Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing applications.
• User Collaboration: Work closely with end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement new technologies to enhance our solutions.

What You Bring:

• Java Development: 7+ years of hands-on experience.
• React.js: At least 5 years of experience.
• React Native: 3 years of experience.
• Node.js: At least 3 years of experience.
• API/JSON Integration: Extensive experience (5 years).
• DevOps Security: Familiarity with principles and practices.
• Backend Integration: Proven experience with large datasets.
• Unit Testing: Expertise in JavaScript unit testing.
• Agile SCRUM: Practical experience.
• Change Management: Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP transports is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Quick Learner: Ability to swiftly grasp and apply new technologies and concepts.
• Adaptability: Able to shift focus with changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• AWS Experience: Particularly with cloud services.
• Healthcare Industry: Previous experience is a plus.
• Mentorship: Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• UI/UX Expertise: Proficiency in UI/UX and wireframing.
• TypeScript: Experience with Type Scripting.
• Project Showcase: Links to existing projects (e.g., Github profile).
