As the Site IT leader, you will be responsible for performance & availability of IT infrastructure & applications as well as partner with the business on any IT needs.

Job Description

Roles and  Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for managing information technology for a manufacturing plant, including all IT infrastructure & software applications necessary for shop operations. As the Site IT leader, you will be responsible for performance & availability of IT infrastructure & applications as well as partner with the business on any  IT needs.
  • Implements the roadmap to drive digital improvements across IT infrastructure & application landscape.
  • Influences PB on their decisions.
  • Performs as part of the Shop leadership team representing information technology.
  • Manages and coordinates all Digital Worskpace technology.
  • Supports all printers, MFPs, on-site A/V and telecommunications equipment.
  • Manages and coordinates the deployment and support of shop floor PCs.
  • Provides on-site support for networking infrastructure.
  • Coordinates infrastructure work with applicable teams.
  • Participates in lean, cost savings & technology obsolescence projects.
  • Provides immediate response to cybersecurity threats.
  • Escalates DT issues that are affecting site production & provide on call support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
